The large rooms at Millennium Place are truly spacious and well-equipped, featuring comfy couches and modern appliances like a washing machine and kettle. Cleaning staff consistently maintained high standards across common areas like the restaurant and pool. However, the breakfast quality was disappointing. items were underwhelming, and I ended up skipping it several times. I had an issue with my room's stove failing, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly after midday. The front office staff initially didn’t resolve my concerns promptly, but a staff member named Jawad stepped in, totally transforming my experience. He upgraded my room and made sure everything was perfect, showing genuine care. Despite the setbacks, his attentiveness made my stay much more pleasant.
